Just when I thought I know it all about the story of the prodigal son, Timothy Keller comes and ruins that for me. 🙂

In his book The Prodigal God, Keller outlines the parable told by Jesus in the Gospels in an engaging and informative way. This book was not a hard read but a worthwhile read for any Christian. Whether a new Christian or experienced, Keller will grab your attention and put the parable into perspective.

I would recommend this book for anyone who is searching for a deeper relationship with God or would like to know more about how their relationship with God works.

I am in no way affiliated with the publisher or writer of this book. But I endorse this because it impacted my life and I would like that same blessing for you. Click Here for Other Recommended Reading!

  1. Great stuff on here!

Great book for sure. Have you read some of his others? The Reason For God – apologetics, Counterfeit Gods, or his two on social ministry? We are big TK fans in Tulsa…

    • Unfortunately, I have not.
I saw “The Reason For God” in Lifeway but I have not had a chance to pick it up. Plus doing much personal reading is hard with the summer classes in full swing now.
I will be sure to pick up another of his books once I do have some more time though. Which of his has been your favorite?
